General terms and conditions of sale 

Products purchased at www.osa.moda  are sold directly by OSA younique S.r.l.s., a company under Italian law, with registered office in Rome, Via Giuseppe Lucietto no 9 Postal Code 00124, Tax ID Number and VAT 13432901000, through mail order trading.
Products offer and sale on  www.osa.moda website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on www.osa.moda website and accepted at the time of check out have to be considered as effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.

How to buy 

For every chosen product, a description sheet containing the image and main characteristics of the product is displayed. By way of example: colour, size and unit price.

Product availability

The products offered for sale and the related price, are those displayed at www.osa.moda.
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, then the related size/colour are not displayed.
If, due to a simultaneous purchase by several clients, the ordered product is no more available, an order cancellation e-mail is sent.

Order

Carrying out a purchase order implies the understanding of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be made upon registration and/or creation of a personal account by the Client or freely without registering an account. Please read the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders can be made following the steps and instructions specified in the website.
The purchase of products on sale at  www.osa.moda  can be made by adult consumers/clients who act only on their behalf.
OSA younique S.r.l.s. will send an e-mail to the Client if it cannot accept the orders received.

Order confirmation

Once the purchase made, the Client receives a written confirmation for the product ordered including the amount to be paid and the details related to the product price and shipping cost.

Product price

The price of every item is displayed in Euro.
The shipping cost is displayed before making the payment.

Items and on-line pictures

Pictures and colours of the products on sale at www.osa.moda could differ from the real ones due to the Internet browser and/or the monitor used; therefore  OSA younique S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for possible uncertainties due to a particular set up of a computer or to a possible malfunctioning. The pictures contained in the www.osa.moda website are owned by OSA younique S.r.l.s Every use of the above said pictures without a written consent of OSA younique S.r.l.s., will be pursued according to the applicable law.

Legal terms

This notice sets the legal terms and conditions governing the www.osa.moda website.
Entering the www.osa.moda  website, users agree to accept and respect all the conditions within this statement.
The www.osa.moda  website gives information about the products offered and the possibility to purchase them.

PAYMENTS, SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Accepted payment methods

www.osa.moda accept the following payment methods:

PayPal payment
Through the PAYPAL payment method, the client can directly buy a product through His/Her own Paypal account. www.osa.moda reserves the right to send the goods to the address specified in the account verified by Paypal.

Cash on delivery
The cash on delivery payment is valid only for shipment within Italy.
The cash on delivery payment entails a fixed fee of 3% to be added to the total cost of the cart.
The payment should be directly issued to the courier in cash (Euro).

Credit Card
At the time of purchase, Clients enter the details of their credit card in a safe electronic banking system offered by BNL GRUPPO BNP PARIBAS. It is possible to make purchase using the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, VPAY, Mastercard, Maestro, PagoBANCOMAT and American Express.

Credit Card Safety
All the transactions are handled by BNL, and this grants the highest level of protection to www.osa.moda Clients.

The www.osa.moda Customer Care operators are not, in any case, authorized to ask for or accept credit card numbers and/or the expiry date of the same.

In order to provide a greater protection to the purchase carried out through e-commerce platforms, www.osa.moda suggests to its own Clients to join the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, and requires a PIN safety code through which they can safely make their purchase.

Charges on Credit Card
If there are enough funds for the purchase and the bank details are valid, BNL will immediately send a confirmation of the transaction occurred.

(Orders are processed from Monday to Friday,  9.00-17.30. The orders made during the week-end will be processed starting from the following Monday morning)

Shipment costs

Italy:

All the purchase are shipped through the SDA express courier
The shipment cost is 7,00€ within Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City State, except for: Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, where a fixed cost of 0,49€ (VAT included) will be added.

U, SWITZERLAND AND RUSSIA SHIPMENT:

OSA.MODA delivers to all Member States of the European Community, Switzerland and Russia through SDA courier with the EXPRESS service.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FROM SHIPMENT DATE:

Europe: 4 days*

For some postal codes of Portugal, the delivery time can be different (3/5 days beyond the shipment)

Switzerland and Russia: 4/6 days*

*(average indicative timing excluding Saturdays and holidays and customs formalities excepted).

DELIVERY:

Two delivery attempts are generally provided. In the event of recipient absence, a non-delivery notice is placed in the mailbox. It reports the following data : date and time of delivery attempt, address and telephone number of the office where you can find the shipment and deposit expiry date.

Following the delivery attempts provided, packages will be held at the foreign post office for 15 days, Saturdays and holydays included. Once this period of time passed, the goods will be returned to OSA.MODA.

OSA.MODA is not held responsible for possible delays due to custom formalities and controls or to force majeure reasons not imputable to OSA.MODA.

Shipment

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday,  9.00-17.30.

The orders made during the week-end will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

The orders are shipped the first working day after the order has been made.

During the sales or promotions period, shipments could be delayed.
In any case, www.osa.moda reserves the right to postpone the shipment if reasons of force majeur occur.

Delivery destinations:
Products delivery is performed to the address given by the Client at the time the order was made.

No delivery to post office box is provided.

Order Delivery:

Once the goods received, Clients must carefully verify the package before signing the proof of delivery. OSA.MODA packages are carefully packed inside a transparent plastic casing and an OSA.MODA adhesive tape is placed around the package.

If, for any reason, the packaging seems to be damaged, or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Clients are required to sign a conditional delivery or reject the product. In the event the delivery has been accepted through an unauthorized signature or there are evidences of damages to the package, Clients must immediately refer the situation to the courier and contact OSA.MODA at the following address: info@osa.moda.

All Clients making an order, establish a commercial relationship with OSA.MODA and agree to accept the delivery of their own package. If the package is not delivered due to client’s fault (wrong address, absent recipient, wrong telephone number, etc.) or if the client rejects the delivery, then shipment expenses and possible custom clearance will be deducted from his/her refund.

As established by the laws governing the commerce, all OSA.MODA shipments come with an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euro.

Returns and exchanges

If products do not satisfy the Client, it is possible to demand a return or an exchange.
Exchange conditions are as follows:

The purchased items can be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.
Returns carried out beyond the specified period can be only accepted to OSA younique S.r.l.s. discretion upon authorization.
It is necessary to send an e-mail to info@osa.moda to obtain an authorization for the return.
To make a return please wait for the authorization issued by OSA younique S.r.l.s.
Please remember that it is crucial to leave a telephone number at the time of purchase because OSA younique S.r.l.s. will use it to manage the collection at the delivery address and to keep you in touch with the courier in charge.
The e-mail containing the authorization for the return has to be put in the package.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

The return is only accepted if the above said procedure is followed.
Products have to be returned in the original package; in this way they will not be damaged during the shipment.
Product return entails the payment of shipment costs.

OSA younique S.r.l.s. sends an e-mail to confirm the reception of the return and start the replacement procedure.

Delivery timing:

ITALY:

From receipt of order the delivery time is as follows: 2/3 working days (14/15 days for items to be customized).

Other Countries:

EU, SWITZERLAND AND RUSSIA SHIPMENT:

The deliveries are carried out and guaranteed by SDA express Courier.
The SDA express Courier delivers every day from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. The courier needs an acknowledgement of receipt at the time of delivery.
The Client has to provide a valid address for the delivery of goods during the delivery hours. Please promptly specify a possible change of address
Once the delivery carried out, it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, OSA younique S.r.l.s. sends an e-mail to the Client with the related number.
Products delivery can also be carried out through partial shipments: in this case, only the price for the shipped products and for the single shipment is charged. In the event of a partial shipment, an e-mail is sent to the Client.
Delivery delays beyond 10 working days must be promptly notified to our Customer Care and in any case within 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
